I'd like to play around with the idea of a Hamburger Canapé and create my own recipe.

Tortillas were once unavailable in "many sections of the South!" Just don't try to make 'em. Prairie Fire reminds me of a crazy, yet delicious 1965 recipe I like to make called "Bean Dip à la Dr. Pepper!"
