Slick It, Don't Stick It!
Here's a great trick I'd never thought of before. I learned it from Dana Jacobi , the genius know-it-all who tested most of the recipes in my best-selling cookbook . Problem : Sticky ingredients like peanut butter, honey, corn syrup, and molasses stay stuck on the spoon or in the measuring cup! Solution : Spray the measuring instrument with PAM or any cooking spray you prefer. Your ingredients will slide right out! Slick it, don't stick it!
